The Joy of SCSI

Installing an extra drive to increase storage space is supposed to be a relatively simple task. But when the drive is an external SCSI disk and the computer is a notebook, it's not exactly plug-and-play. My experiences in attaching a Quantum Fireball drive to an IBM ThinkPad computer using an Adaptec PC Card SCSI adapter made we wonder how the average person would cope with the situation.
